Pros
Flexible Scheduling, asking for time off is very easy to do! Also, when the restaurant is busy, you can make good money.
Cons
Your pay is very dependent on your tips which can vary as a lot of the restaurant is outside, so if the weather is nice there is more staffing and more opportunities to get tips. When they are in their slow season (around January to March), you are not going to be scheduled very much as the restaurant is very small inside, so you make less money.
