Currently working as project manager cum business Analyst. Get the requirements from business same will be documented in requirement defination document(RDD). The RDD will be explained to development team to develop the requirements in system level.

Cons

Some times the requirements is not documented/not given clearly then during UAT business users will not accept the system since they will ask extra system requirements. Again it will go for enhancements but not for the same project but for different project same will be addressed.
