Pros
Strong systems, policies & procedures, credit culture and overall image. The learning experience and exposure is definitely one of the best (if not THE best).
Cons
Bank could do much much more if management focuses on development and growth. HR is too strict and not for the best of employees, more beaurucratic than needed. Management is old and outdated and could use a refresher to make the bank achieve its real potential.
