Everyone is very kind and helpful. The company inspires growth and likes to see the employees achieve their personal and professional goals. As a new employee, everyone helped me adjust into my role and management provided me with clear guidelines and expectations to allow me to set my own goals. Since we as individuals spend majority of our time at work, it is important that the place we work makes us feel involved and appreciated. Now, Samco is a second home.
Cons
The location is far from my current home but I would rather commute longer to work at a place where I feel welcomed than commute 5 minutes to a workplace I do not enjoy.
