Always on time, especially the salary and commission given. The placement at that time was in a company that I thought was very comfortable, I felt at home there, but unfortunately the place where I worked was affected by layoff.

Before being placed to work, I didn't know what each employee was like or even what the office was like. So maybe before being placed, it would be better if we all knew each other's identities.
