Pros
Sometimes, I genuinely feel like being employed at Sample Supports has been like winning the lottery. I get to work with some incredible clients, and very supportive coworkers in a well designed program every week. My supervisors are supportive and personable, and I always feel confident that my coworkers will be there for me when I need them most. I think my favorite thing about Sample Supports is that our clients always come first. If someone is not getting the care they deserve, the issue will definitely be resolved very quickly.
Cons
None. I really don't have anything negative to say. The only real struggle I have experienced here is a lack of staff from time to time, but this is because of the career itself, rather than the company, and will likely be found at any other company similar to Sample Supports.
