Pros
Good place to start as a recent grad. Flexible scheduling. People you work with directly are nice.
Cons
Quite a few, especially for contract workers. If you get hired on full time these are less applicable but HR and upper management are a disaster. Upper management makes impulse decisions and does not care about the employee or projects, cares more about ego. Do not expect to be converted as a contract worker unless you are willing to wait 2-3 years without a raise, and they will lead you on and continue to tell you you will be converted, but don’t trust that. Have a backup plan. Once you start look for other full time opportunities, and understand that the recruiting company they work with has questionable ethics, and will try to keep you working there so they continue to get paid, even if you are unhappy.
