Awful company founded on nepotism and daddy and mommy’s money - Painter Samplize Employee Review

• Absolutely horrible and manipulative management. Connor, Gray, and John are a few to name. • Gray Cohen threatened an employee's job after they started conversations about forming a worker's union. • CEO treats employees horribly - mocks any complaints, brags about wealth, no compassion for firing dozens of workers, much more I can’t fit here! • OSHA violations out the wazoo. • Employees were scolded for raising questions about safety standards not being implemented. • Management would turn off ventilation in the paint room and wouldn’t allow it to be turned back on. Paint fumes would leave me confused after shifts. • Shifts are miserable - you either work 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm. • Job security is nonexistent. • Management is salaried (about $60k - $90k) and goofed off for a majority of my time there.
