Samworth Brothers Group IT has proved one of the best employers to post job adverts that are probably the best crafted confidence tricks seen. The claims of support, training, development and having the opportunity to use your skills to their best effect is a complete fabrication. The reality is an indifferent, unsupportive management team, members of which are happy to bully and micro-manage you, eventually throw you under the bus when their decision-making goes horribly wrong and the need for a scapegoat is quickly required. Turnover of front-line staff is shocking but continues to un-phase those at the top. If you’re happy to see your IT career and development quickly go paraplegic, this is the company for you.
