      Good business and family owners who really seem to care about people

      Cons

      Sadly, the family owners intent is not executed throughout the business culture. There is alot of political manoeuvering and backbiting amongst senior people. Some shocking behaviours.

      Really positive environment to work in. Very fast-paced nature of work but is rewarding when you get to see the products in the supermarkets.

      Not much to say as overall have had a good impression of the business
