      Pros

      Most employees are good to each other . Decent benefits . Nice discount on clothes.

      Cons

      Need to get with the times in pay . Low wages causes good longterm employees to find better paying jobs. Management needs to leave friendship at the door . If you aren't "in" with the management you don't advance .
