Pros
There is a lot of flexibility for your schedule if you have a good manager. Most people are really nice to work with.
Cons
Not a lot of room for growth. Because there is such low turnover, there's really not a lot of room for me to grow in my career because my boss isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
