Pros
Best company I've ever worked for. They try to be good to their employees and their communities, unlike many publicly-owned corporations I've worked at. They foster that sense of "family" that many businesses claim to promote, but which most fail to achieve.
Cons
Honestly, nothing pops into my head, after working there for years.
