Empowering and flexible is the word that comes to mind when working for Sanctuary Group. Have been working there for 3 years. Good promotional opportunities and lateral moves abound in different departments to learn additional skills. Good training and development opportunities too.

It’s a dispensary but they at least have a semi work life balance and pay a little more than other dispensaries. It’s. It a terrible place to work as far as dispensaries go.
