      - lovely immediate team - good budgets

      Cons

      - nobody has any real experience of marketing or communications - people are rewarded for years of service not actually being able to do the job they are given - internal politics is crazy

      CEO and SVP are both very supportive. Great job for people who love helping a company grow and want growth themselves. Great work-life balance.

      Have no cons- you just have to be self driven for success.

      Pros

      Most colleagues are wonderful but leave because of the CEO.

      Cons

      USA CEO is a bully and although many of us reported her to HR nothing was done about it. Those who had the worst experience with her found new work and walked out. Let people do their jobs - if sales numbers are being made stop being a bully for no reason.
