Regular incomes, incentive,relatively cheap canteen, free buses for employees, only one shift, flexible work time (arrival between 6 am and 10 am)
Cons
Not being paid for relevant university degree, cannot get raises easily, firm based on antibiotics overproduction which means more work, more batches with not enough employees nor equipment, outdated laboratory
