Flexible work schedule for most positions, but is it is up to the manager's discretion, depending on your manager you you may or may not be allowed
Cons
This place is a revolving door. I had a new manager almost every year for 8 years. Managers are not held accountable for their promises to employees. Nobody in Management stays long enough to make a difference. It's a stepping stone to Novartis
