Pros
SOME staff are really committed and very good group- SMCP. Good company ethic with Maje and Claude Pierlot. Decent customer service training booklet. Crazy bonus but only if you have worked there for 2-4 years (if you can last that long!!)
Cons
The worst organised company that I have ever worked for or probably on this planet Health and Safety is not a priority. They only care about figures and not if the store is organised or ran correctly. There isn't enough staff amongst the whole of Sandro - (clearly enough reasons why) Rubbish Salaries. Probation! Take every day as it comes because you are not safe! You are replaceable even though their staff turnover is a joke ,some people only last a day. No professionalism over recruiting other members of staff-"Take anyone" they said! Uniform very specific and not a reward - only allowed this if you make the cut! (probation) Overtime-expected to do hours beyond the norm and not be thanked for it. DON'T EXPECT A DAY OFF! No HR backup! Very little training then expected to know the brand and stock inside out! Only recommended for an unorganised manager who can deal with one hell of a messy store/company. If you can force people to buy things that is all you need to know! DONT RISK IT! KEEP LOOKING FOR JOBS! As soon as you see under the surface you will see the cracks quickly appearing.RUN!
