Pros

Great place if you are passionate about mental health and recovery. Even better if your direct team members share that passion! (They usually do.) Great entry level job for getting into the caring profession.

Cons

Constant turnover of LEADERSHIP. The company can not seem to retain or find directors which is bad when you need help or guidance and nobody can get back to you. Its the BIG leaders that are the bad apples, not your on-site clinical director or nursing director. Even they're getting burnt out and higher leadership doesn't want to mitigate it. Trial by fire type of workplace.

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and heartfelt reflection. It’s clear you brought passion and care to your work here, and we’re really grateful you chose to be part of this mission. We especially appreciate how you highlighted the strength of your direct team—so often, it’s that shared commitment to clients that keeps us going. You’ve raised real concerns about leadership stability and burnout, and we want you to know those are being taken seriously. It’s deeply important to us that our teams feel supported—not just in words, but in structure, responsiveness, and resources. We know that retaining strong leaders and taking care of our frontline staff are key to providing excellent care, and your feedback helps reinforce where we still need to grow. If you're ever open to sharing more about what helped or hindered your experience, we’d genuinely welcome it. Wishing you all the best in your continued work in the field—you clearly have the heart for it.

Pros

For some roles there is some flexibility and there are a few genuine and good people.

Cons

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization as a place of employment. Some of the concerns noted in other reviews were consistent with what I observed during my time there. In my role, expectations often felt misaligned with the actual scope of responsibilities, and there was a recurring pattern of increased workload without an adjustment in compensation. The starting compensation range for many roles also appeared low relative to the level of responsibility required. The individuals working within the organization are highly educated and qualified professionals, and my experience suggests a need for more sustainable compensation structures in relation to workload and expectations. At times, there also appeared to be a limited understanding of the demands placed on clinicians and site leadership, from the perspective of leadership and HR, which impacted clarity around roles and workload distribution. Additionally, the organization would benefit from improved structure, coordination, and more consistent internal processes, as there are inefficiencies related to how the organization operates. Overall, my experience reflects ongoing structural and operational challenges that made the work environment difficult.
