Pros

Inside work, some of the lower tier management isn't bad.

Cons

Huge problem with people threatening others and attempting to engage in fighting, management knows and does nothing, below average pay even with overtime considered, harassment running wild both employee on employee and management on employee, company constantly says they want to promote new ideas but never really implement them, when they do its half hearted, blueprints are constantly wrong, no training for job specific tasks.

Pros

Work–life balance is actually respected. Most managers honor boundaries, don’t expect late-night firefighting as the norm, and are fine with you taking time off when you need it. Solid parental leave. The parental leave policy is extremely generous compared to a lot of places in the industry, and leadership is generally supportive of people actually using it. Interesting, challenging work. Plenty of chances to solve real problems, not just busywork. If you’re proactive, you can own projects and grow your skill set. Good benefits package. Healthcare, 401(k), and time off are competitive, and HR does a decent job of making the options clear. Smart coworkers who care. A lot of sharp people who genuinely want to do the right thing for customers and the business, which makes collaboration worthwhile when it works.

Cons

Communication needs improvement. Priorities and decisions don’t always flow clearly from leadership to the teams doing the work, which leads to confusion and rework. Too many silos. Teams tend to operate in their own lane, and cross-functional collaboration can be painful. Information gets stuck instead of shared.
