All staff is micromanaged. Staff who travel to conventions were often not paid and not given breaks or their own lodgings. One meal was occasionally comped but it was not a given. Management is woefully inept at balancing workloads and projects will be in production for literal years. Management makes decisions based on a consensus of their friends. Management requires constant emotional validation. Considerable art theft. Constant and continuous copyright violations up to and including the majority of their profits being made off grey market goods. Given to retribution against workers who speak out or suggest better methods by which to get work done. Violates labor laws constantly. Complete lack of any management structure or production pipeline. Legal documents are piecemeal and assembled by copying portions of similar contracts. They are often not proofread to be certain that all names of all parties are correct. Violated federal law and collected large amounts of illegal customer information.
