      Pros

      Great views, nice perks like watching dress rehearsal with full orchestra free. I really liked all co-workers, full-time and seasonal. Sometimes great tips.

      Cons

      Open air bars can be chilly during storms, and hot in June-July. Wish I could work here year-round!!!

      Great work environment, amazing and knowledgeable staff, well-established apprenticeship program, competitive.

      Cons

      Long working hours, particularly for apprentices who are required to work shows.

      A few good colleagues, nice grounds.

      Cons

      Management. Petty, Passive Aggressive, Condescending Remarks, Blatant retaliation that goes unresolved (these are company wide issues). Pay is low for cost of living in Santa Fe. Poor work life balance April-September.
