Definate growing pains in the shop, gets bogged down by mid level management not listing to employees

Job stability and no micro management if you are in the right department.

Lack of structure leading to all projects being constant chaos. Great performance is not rewarded if even recognized. Yearly reviews are late, and leadership doesn't take into account your self review even though they require you to complete it.
