Great environment, great coworkers, flexible company. Not a lot stress, not a fast environment, not required over time or weekends.

Owner push you away, no 401k , ok insurance. No set reviews ever. For get about raises. Almost never work over time.

Nothing good to say about this place to be honest.

Santec is run by horrible management and owner.
