Pros
It was a great place to learn and develop, establish new things. There's always growing demand for making insurance more and more available to users.
Cons
Company was acquired lately and it's pretty obvious that the axe will start flying soon whether you're a key resource or not. It's all about the money. Generally speaking, it was never a generous employer, compensation is on the lower range, no stock or options, yearly bonus is always lower than 1 month's salary (if at all) and yearly merit is also very low (again, if at all).
