Got to meet a lot of cool people!

I did overnights, and I had two young ones at home which made it difficult.

People employed there are good people who are fun to work with, customer interactions are usually positive. Managers have an open door policy and are willing to speak to you (may or may not solve your problem.) Company has a diverse culture with people from many backgrounds, and willing to give others a chance to prove themselves.

Regardless of department you will have heaps of work from other departments you don't work on added to your workload, Company had much better benefits 10 years ago, benefits like profit sharing and such started being removed over time for the last several years to save money. Company is on a huge budget crunch and it shows, no overtime hours unless you are called to cover someone on an emergency basis.
