Policies changed person to person They are hardly 30 staff and digitally written 300+ Don't go with the commitments of top management. They are fake. Bad place to start your career. It's better to apply to some other company who's giving you 1k or 2k less salary Poor increment Increment should have happen after 1 year, It happen after 1.4 years If you resign, You have to pay to company(by personal policy)so that company can initiate other's salary Fund problem in company Management always cry for loss of organization Poor English from all, not a single core member having good English command, nor Management, PM or TL(I can translate this in Gujarati if management will ask me to do so in the comment part)
