Pros
They have free coffee, but it tasted bad.
Cons
They will either chew you up and spit you out, or you will be run into the ground with work until you physically can no longer do it. Imagine 5 to 10 projects in one day and they’ll label it “fast-paced” just to try to sugar coat the obvious. It will not be a pleasant experience unless you are on the side of gossiping about any number of negative things about other any random staff member (initiated by the company leadership) of which you can become the next target at any time. Older staff will be lured and used for their expertise and bringing in business, and then tossed aside for younger, cheaper, less competent staff to run and be overworked and blamed. People are just pawns here in making them money which they don’t seem to have very much of because of mismanagement, so getting into all sorts of business areas they have no clue about. Staff will be set up against each other in order to increase productivity, and any number of gimmicks. They do not want to invest in training or time in you, you will be tossed in and blamed if things don’t go their way. Add huge turnovers staff members dropping like flies to this work environment and you’ll get an idea of what its like here. You will somehow be blamed for their mess and do not want to get entangled with this company as a professional.
