      Pros

      Great Boston headquarter location, mill teams are tight knit. Hours at corporate in Boston & Portland are very balanced with most leaving around 5PM. A lot of great people working here.

      Cons

      Older average age of employees at corporate. Career paths not well defined.

      Pros

      -Decent entry level pay for newly graduated mechanical engineer as a reliability engineer -Operations-Maintenance coordination has some improvements, not sure if they will stick

      Cons

      -Cloquet mill is very disorganized and chaotic -Near constant reactive "firefighting" operations -Maintenance department is not treated as a partner, but rather as a servant -Training in maintenance is a joke
