If your a new hire you work EVERY weekend and EVERY holiday. Seniority is shoved down your throat. Because your a new hire you get punished. The same people get all the benefits like going home early getting days off getting long weekends. You won't get a long weekend off other than the slow time of year for 5 years. It's a revolving door. They can't keep people there. And they do not care about quality only quantity! If you don't mind working every weekend every holiday and working a 7 day stretch before getting your 2 days off then this job is for you. If not turn around and run!!
