The combination of outdated technology, poor communication, excessive workload, and unresponsive management creates an environment that is detrimental to professional growth and overall job satisfaction. I have to say that as a woman of color I have never felt more out of place than here. Not inclusive at all and the D&I efforts are mainly done for 'marketing' reasons.
