Cons
In my experience, this company demonstrated a troubling pattern of favoring younger employees for promotions while overlooking older employees who met or exceeded the required qualifications. I repeatedly saw individuals under 40 promoted despite not meeting the minimum qualifications, while more experienced and qualified employees were passed over.
I raised my concerns through every available internal channel, but I was left with the impression that leadership was unwilling to seriously address them. Rather than investigating my concerns, I was essentially told that management could make promotion decisions however they chose.
Based on my experience, I did not feel the company is committed to fair, merit-based advancement or to addressing concerns about potential age and gender discrimination. If you're looking for a workplace that values experience, fairness, and equal opportunity, I would recommend looking elsewhere
