Pros

Good pay Good pension Good benefits Work from home

Cons

Advice is not taken from front line reps Constantly changing company policies and targets making it worse for employees Constantly changing schedule as a part time rep ( sometimes 13 hrs a week, sometimes 35) If you want to work full time it’s a rotation each week with day shifts/evening shifts Not able to give away or pickup shifts from other employees Can only refuse a certain number of shifts a month Tough sales targets sometimes and targets for KPI (your are expected to achieve a certain ACW, call length, sign in etc) Lots of system issues that affect these targets and it’s our problem High stress as customers can sometimes be very rude Lots of turnover lately with employees

Pros

Great people, great benefit, flexible schedule. Work pressure is minimal. OT is non existent.

Cons

Job is not very challenging. I was in a union position so everything is based on seniority. I ended up with quitting the job and started my own company.
