Pros

Since I started working here in 2017, I have been very thankful for my position and this company. I am so impress with the family attitude and how they treat you like a human and not just a worker. Over and over again, I have been shown kindness, consideration, and genuine caring. It is not a perfect place, but the effort that is made is truly appreciated. I really feel like the work that I do matters. Each event that I produce is met with praise, gratitude and constructive criticism. I am reminded that what I do is far reaching within the company and is valued by the employees. The family culture is so important to Sasser. I am so glad I am a part of making it come alive for everyone on staff. I really feel like I am appreciated at Sasser and feel blessed to be working here. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job where they are not just an employee, but family.

Cons

At this point, I can't think of anything major. No place of employment is perfect. There is always something that might bother me or annoy me. But I try to work past that and move on.
