Cons
- They lied in the interview about having fund, 4 month later they terminated my contract because there is no fund (or that's what they said)
- They terminated another candidate's contract 2 days before his start date, after he already quit his old job, purchase plane tickets, apply for visa and everything, he literally was relocating to another country, and 2 days before the start date, they simply terminated his contract without saying any reason,
- I applied as Javascript Full-stack engineer, but during the interview I mentioned that around 8 years ago I worked for a few months on Wordpress, they asked if I can support their plugin, I didn't object as long as its just some support from time to time, after one month in the company, I'm officially the owner of the plugin, which is two files of 1500+ line of garbage PHP code in each file, nobody in the company had the knowledge or any idea how that plugin works or structured because they used to hire freelancers to add some feature or so.
- Right before they terminate my contract because of no fund, they booked a Villa and Office in Gran Canary to spend 2 months away from Berlin's cold and cloudy weather...
- Another employee whose contract didn't get terminate, used to watch Youtube and videos during the working hour, but he used to make a show with his MRs convincing everybody that he is working...
- Used to pay share from my salary every month, and at the end they told me they can't pay it back as they don't have money...
