Cons
Tough environment for a company like SATS to grow as it is bounded by many regulations/ restrictions beyond its control. While it is continually trying to innovate and diversify its business, it is hard for SATS to run away from its aviation core business and that is where most of the challenges lie. What this translate into is less than average bonuses, increments, etc. Not suited for young grads/ people starting out in their career if they are looking for a dynamic environment to challenge oneself. Bosses may not be competent/ nice, depending on your luck (but I suppose that is prevalent everywhere else)
