Pros
Worked with nice, knowledgeable and helpful folks. There is a want to be innovative. Good work life balance and nice benefits package. Firm recognizes flexibility is important and have resisted crazy RTO policies.
Cons
IT has kicked the can down the road on a lot of things that are now creating a mess. Things were slowly starting to happen, but were long overdue. Worked with a few different departments and IT by far was the worst.
