Pros
Previous VP was helpful and kept promises. Fired after he burned out and got hurt after 7 days a week for years. Threw him under the bus. Now fear reigns.
Cons
Uses people, disregards human rights, CEO is two faced, instills fear to stay quiet, fires if mistakes are made, money first company & doesn't protect staff. Drama from no accountability from some staff. Stay away.
