Pros
When they had their monthly meetings they would buy us lunch. Yay. Personnel in management from our local area made it tolerable. Made me appreciate new opportunities. Pay was ok but not even close to Union rate. Good health plan
Cons
Management “attempted” to run the site through intimidation it seemed. Employees were always discouraged and morale was always low. It was mentally draining. Personal in upper Management were severely lacking in the emotional intelligence and leadership departments… This made for a very toxic work environment as they never seemed to gain the respect of their crews. It was a terrible work experience.
