You are free to do your job to the best of your ability. Yes. That's also a Pro but as you can imagine, startups like Savonix move extremely fast and are based upon inter-team trust. You have to speak up at Savonix with confidence and decisiveness (not arrogance) about what needs to be done and then not be afraid to do it if it needs doing. If you can't do that, Savonix is not for you.

Unlike many other digital health companies I have worked with, Savonix stands out because of the mission and the quality of people working as a team to make it a reality.
