      Pros

      It's a great company if you are willing to put in the time and effort. The benefit packages are great, especially the employer match on the 401K. Environment is friendly as alot of people here seem willing to help. Company does a great job of promoting within when the opportunity presents itself. I enjoy working here and would highly recommend Savvee Consulting.

      Cons

      Company could do a better job of communicating, especially through the quarterly newsletter. The company website could use some upgrading.

      Amazing team. Very supportive of your goals, treats you like family and always finds a way to look out for each other.

      Program Manager and CEO are very involved in Task Orders.

      Cons

      Small company will put their needs first before employees. Low budget starting off work Program Analysts.
