Pros

Not much to share about. Daily work will be less (for day shift employees) and you will be wasting time nonetheless.

Cons

Too much to talk about. 1. 6 days work week. 2. Outdated HR policies. 3. Outdated work culture. 4. Outdated thinking from the management. 5. Emphasis will be on the email subject rather than the purpose of emails. 6. Unless the top management likes you, you will be ever on probation. Which means, you will be on LOP for most of the time. 7. Typical 'Yes Boss' attitude. Management will DEMAND respect. 8. They do not believe in employees. Rather employees are similar to another 'thing' in the office. 9. They will talk about leave policy but will question you even if you are taking off for family issues/functions.

Pros

No PROS with this company

Cons

If you are considering applying here, DO NOT. The management is constantly scrambling and making decisions without consulting anyone.Job security is a joke. This company treats employees like temporary workers, no matter how long you have been there. If you’re lucky enough to survive a few months, don’t get too comfortable. There’s no support, no career growth, and definitely no security. This company is stuck in the past and it shows in every aspect. Some one will be always watching you. They provide only salary. nothing is there. Not even a good restroom. The infrastructure is very bad. If you value stability, modern systems, and a supportive work environment, RUN FAR AWAY.

Pros

Not a place for any sort of pros

Cons

This company is not an ideal place to work. It's worse than a government organization. Some employees have been here for over 20 years and seem to lack the skills or motivation to seek opportunities elsewhere. They often monitor others unnecessarily, creating an uncomfortable work environment. The company operates like a government office, with little focus on efficiency or innovative approaches. There's excessive micromanagement, and the culture seems better suited for those resistant to change rather than for dynamic, forward-thinking people.
