Wow, where do I start? Executive leadership here is incredibly dishonest and are very hard to work for. They are in no ways leaders and make terrible decisions that impact employees negatively. Every time. It is very sad to see the massive decline this company has had. It was once decent, then it became horrible place to work. CEO and COO are nowhere close to leaders and treat employees poorly in so many ways. If the company had HR, let’s just say the execs would have been written up first, if that was a thing. The company literally lowers salaries, refuses to give it back, never pays bonuses, always makes tons of excuses. It felt like they didn’t realize it wasn’t the front line employees making the terrible decisions, it was leadership. Also, customers have finally realized quality is no longer good. They stopped hiring good employees because they don’t want to pay market and continually hired cheap employees, the quality of work shows. Many contractors have also said that they were screwed over, lack of integrity and dishonesty are massive here. Beware
