Pros
- Amazing colleagues and management that contribute to a great atmosphere of openness, productivity and fun. - Great product that solves a real-world need. It allows our customers to concentrate on the most important aspects of their work (i.e people, better service) instead of on non-efficient boilerplate work - thus to have the capacity to serve more people and grow their businesses. - Very low, almost non-existing, levels of ego. Ever since my first day of work at Sayata (5 years ago) there has been a strong feeling of team effort, where every member is equal and free to express his/hers ideas, thoughts and feelings on every subject concerning the company. - Good ideas are always appreciated and adopted. - Flexible work hours and hybrid schedule which allow to maintain a very good work life balance. - The offices are located in a very central place in Tel Aviv and is easily accessible via public transportation. Although we work in an hybrid model most of the people prefer coming to the office every day because there’s a great atmosphere there. And there are many more pros i didn't mention.. Although we are a high-tech company, the amount of people that are working in Sayata for more than 3 years is very big and growing, I believe that it’s the best indicator for how great this company is.
Cons
- Although the offices are easily accessible via public transportation, arriving by car will usually get you stuck in the annoying central Tel Aviv traffic.
