Good money ,good colleagues bad management, bad culture - Lab Analyst Saybolt Employee Review

be prepared to work and extremely fast pace and high work load environment. Very easy to burn out. Safety standard in lab have long way to improve, basic things like ventilation is a big issue resulting in bad air quality and environment to work. Middle and upper management have a strong blame culture, they asked for solution, but don't act on it when given and give excuses when they were suppose to be the one the come up with the solution in the first place.
