Pros
Pay is good, but you need to negotiate for it.
Cons
Micromanaged trackers, fear of retaliation for speaking up, unrealistic goals to hit, expectations for goals and rules change constantly. I don’t know a single person in my region who is really happy here or doesn’t feel like their job is constantly in jeopardy. If you want to move up, be prepared to move states.
