I have been working at Scalable Capital (UK office) full-time for the past 2.5 years team: -) lots of highly qualified and intelligent people -) great atmosphere in the office, within the teams and across all hierarchy levels -) regular team events, team lunches, etc. career opportunities: -) team members are open to giving insights/passing on their knowledge amongst each other -) freedom to develop and increase expertise in areas that you want to focus on -) regular “all hands”-meetings to stay informed about activities/projects of other departments other: -) genuine drive towards success -) passion about the service, everyone is convinced by the product what is extremely motivating -) constant effort to improve the product -) fresh fruit delivery once a week & free gym class per week
Cons
-) some internal approval processes could be streamlined/shortened -) there is room to extend employee benefits apart from the negotiated salary/bonus (e.g. perks to open an account, home-office possibilities)
