Pros
Firm is becoming increasingly focused in its investments. Lots of great portfolio companies. Most partners are here through internal promotion. Direct culture. Transparent metrics and accountability, with support to get work done. Good mix of male/female and people from other cultures. You are respected for your work and diligence.
Cons
There are some big personalities, and not everyone always gets along. This is ok as at least people are direct. It's not super posh like some of the older firms, but there is also not a lot of hierarchy. Medium sized fund, so can't always make the huge investments entrepreneurs seem to seek right now
