International, American dream mentallity: the sky was the limit.

Was a good place to work till 2012 but since ... you work for the min. salary, with no clear objectives or structure in the organisation. Management changes constantly, aswell as employees, with fluctuation rate 80% per year. No flexibility for home working or families. Selling in a very hard competitve environenment with hard to sell more expensive added values. The decision managers are in the USA, they apply US-style management, have a poor knowledge of the européan habits and laws.
