Pros
Monthly food put on. Clean facilities Most of the staff are good to get on with Thats about it.
Cons
Everyone is overworked Not enough staff in branches or HQ to assist. Management on a state level and above are a joke. There is little to no assistance and they try and put pressure back down on the staff to make their own choices and then when it backfires grill them and put them on performance reviews. No training provided. No schedule for training, no time to be trained as it's go go go. You will take a job role and end up doing 3 peoples jobs because that's how understaffed they are. People training you don't have the time to train you. Upper management if you break away and start to succeed drown you in red tape and no assistance. Problem staff members are allowed to stay and be toxic to the work environment either due to being understaffed.
